Martin Pezet, Senior Search Marketing Executive
Martin joined RBI in 2009 and co-ordinates the search marketing campaigns for the HR Group (XpertHR & Personnel Today), ICIS and Hairdressers Journal. He also provides in-house SEO training to non-specialists, helping organic search to become an important source of leads across the business.

Rachel White, Head of Search Marketing & Customer Analytics
Rachel started her professional career as a mathematician, but her interest in the workings of government led her through the arduous process of securing a Civil Service commission where she progressed to leading the Parliamentary Business Unit, answering Prime Minister's questions and providing ministerial briefings. Rachel trained in marketing in the 90's and a move back into technology saw her take marketing roles in the television broadcast and special effects industry. In the late 90's as head of marketing (EMEA) for a major broadcast technology company she started to specialise in web marketing with a particular emphasis on what later became known as SEO. She also learnt to code in HTML and CSS to improve her knowledge of web coding and design. Her SEO experience grew further working for an excellent digital agency from 2003. In 2009 she joined RBI.

Imran Kanji, Senior Search Executive
Imran is a Search Marketing Professional, specialising in technical Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing in the B2B sector with a keen interest in Digital Marketing.
His passion for SEO and Online Marketing started when running his own travel affiliate websites at university, whilst studying for his BSc in Computer Science.
He then went on to complete his MSc in Business Computing and soon after started his professional career in Online Marketing at Cancer Research UK.
In 2005 he moved on to an established B2B media company based in London where he gained 5 ½ year's experience in Online Marketing and B2B SEO. One of his key achievements included setting up an SEO team in Asia.
In 2010, Imran Joined RBI as a Senior Search Marketing Executive and is now responsible for the Search Marketing campaigns on key industry websites such as ICIS, Flightglobal and estatesgazette.com.

Louise Colligan, Head of Email Marketing
Since graduating in Graphic Design and Photography in South Africa, Louise has gained over 11 year's b2b marketing experience in the telecoms, IT and publishing sectors. She heads up the email marketing team at RBI which was set up in 2005 with 3 people and has since grown to 11 members. The team is a centre of excellence for email marketing, responsible spreading best practice in all areas of email production, distribution, tracking, and creative techniques, increasingly focused on marketing automation. Louise works across 15 business markets specialising in growing and optimising RBI's email newsletter portfolios.
She lives in Gipsy Hill with her cat and in her spare time tries her hand at gardening. She is a keen painter and illustrator and is getting back into painting commissions for friends and family.

Kevin Puttock, Senior Research Executive
Since graduating in Marketing from the University of Plymouth in 2004 Kevin has spent the last 6 years working on a variety of research and UX projects at RBI with particular experience in developing personas to support marketing and website design decisions and conducting usability reviews & tests. Kevin is a keen sportsman and environmentalist and his obsession with "animal facts" can be slightly disturbing at times.

Karl's job is to ensure that RBI has the editorial strategies, teams, processes and tools required to create great content that its target audiences love, both in print and on the web.
Karl has worked for RBI-UK for 20 years, in various editorial roles. Prior to taking on his current role, Karl was Executive Editor of New Scientist and before that Editor-in-Chief of Computer Weekly.
Before he became a journalist Karl was a research physicist, working on nuclear fusion at the UK Atomic Energy Authority's Culham Laboratory in Oxfordshire.

Stuart Clarke, Community Editor, Flightglobal
Since joining RBI in 2006, Stuart was the first appointed Community Editor within the company, pioneering this new exciting role for Flightglobal.com and the wider business. Since then he has become Deputy Editor, helping the management of the website which was awarded AOP Business website of the year in 2010. A digital native, Stuart is adept at blogging, social media, video production and website management. He is a keen sportsman, music lover and enjoys film, wishing he could one day become the next Steven Spielberg.

Mark Hillier, Key Account Manager, Flightglobal
Mark has 8 years experience in B2B publishing across many different markets but more recently in Construction and Aerospace. Mark had commercial responsibility for all websites within the RBI Construction group developing the strategy and securing new partnerships and tenancies. He was also at the forefront of a new website involved in the design, technical development, commercial strategy and SEO/ SEM.
Mark is now focused on the aviation market with responsibility for a number of high-profile aerospace customers including Rolls-Royce and Airbus providing integrated solutions in print and online. He is involved in many of the new developments with the group - iPhone/ iPad app, interactive digital editions, webinars etc.
